Intro:
– After a hiatus of not doing review partially due to my ebook on men sexual health, this is my first review of an outstation massage therapist from Kuantan recommended by an avid massage goer. I did went for a few other massages this year trying out new therapists but wasn’t motivated enough to write until I came across Musa.

– Musa, hailing from Kuantan comes to KL quite often in which he offers his treatment on weekends at KL Sentral or Bangi. Upon booking, he does have a short Q&A for you to answer and a day before the booking, he will also send all the necessary reminder.

– His appointment on the weekend seems to be quite packed, usually in a slot of 2 hours including turn over. Need to book him early.

Sequence: On prone, he started warming up with compression on all the respective parts. He then continue with the foot, sacrum / glutes, back, shoulder and hand (all ipsilateral) before moving to the other side.

Once he finished on one side, he will wipe off the oil accordingly before continuing.

– On supine (in which he also put a cold towel on my face which is very soothing), he started on the stomach before moving to the chest. This will flow into his manhood therapy routine and finish with the leg.

– While seated, he worked a bit more on the shoulder, neck, upper back.

Technique:
– A lot of his techniques are based on urutan kampung with up thumb strokes and sanding on muscle insertion point or following the muscle fibers. His technique is thorough and I have not experience many therapist who work on the intercoastal muscles and he is among the first few. I do like the fact that he use heated oil with a hint of peppermint EO. He uses Young Living brand.

– With urutan kampung modality, more often than not, I will just feel that my body is being rubbed over and over again on one body part until I can’t tolerate the pain anymore. But with Musa, he has proven to me that urutan kampung doesn’t have to be that way or that monotonous and rigid, in which I feel in order for him to do that, one must have many years of experience and someone who will upgrade their knowledge and skill every now and then.

– He does incorporate general mobilisation of joint as well as HVLA technique on hip and shoulder (I just can’t get used to these thrust techniques no matter how many years I have experienced it; not my favourite part of the massage but not to any of his fault).

– For manhood therapy, like his full body massage, he works a lot on the associated muscles insertion point on the pelvic region, before the actual work on the penis itself. From SI joint to pubis ramus, ischium, iliac crest, pubic bone, inguinale to the femoral triangle; not many know how to or dare to touch some of these areas but he certainly went beyond my expectation in handling it expertly and professionally. It can be painful and do tell him if it gets too unbearable.

– He also has a thrust technique on the penis itself which is based on the “grip and pull” manhood technique. But how he does is first time for me to experience, effective and yet safe.

– When seated, another unique point I find with him is his ear massage with circular motion and pull. Many therapist do some form of ear massage but usually it is just a by the by routine but with Musa, he does it with an intention and doesn’t feel lackadaisical.

Additional note
– It is compulsory for you to bring your own towel and take a shower before the session for hygiene purpose.
– He does wear glove in performing his session.
– He does charge additional if you are an overweight (more than 90kg) customer. I am not a fan of this practice but therapist do have their own reason for this.
– Interesting choice of upbeat music to be used for massage but it is really up to individual whether those genre works for them.

Pros:
– Seasoned hands with many years of experience. He has been learning and  practicing his arts for more than 2 decades now, first learning from his family and then from courses over the years.
– Detailed work on manhood therapy and all it’s associated area. Please look for him if you are in need of a good manhood therapist to iron out your sexual dysfunction (or even just for maintenance).
– With this many years of experience, he does concentrate his art in the treatment side. He does take the time to find out the cause of your potential issues and try to iron it out, plus, giving recommendations.

Cons:
– The choice of music is not in my favour. And it is time to upgrade or refoam his massage table.
